September 26, 2009 Good News!  The Property-Wide Painting and Wood Replacement Project will be underway again soon.  We will continue to employ the contractor, CTI.  They have done a great job for us so far.  Because of budget constraints, we will not be able to finish the project rapidly, but we will work on it steadily according to our need-based priority survey.  You can view the priority assigned to your building on the "Property Info." page of this website.  When your building is next, you will get a letter informing you of the work dates and giving some instructions on how to help the project go smoothly.  Thank you for your cooperation. September 22, 2009 Too many of us are leaving our trash cans and recycle bins out on the street LONG after Thursday evening.  It is unsightly and detracts from our neighborhood's welcoming appearance.  The CVHOA must insist that every resident label her trash can and recycle bin with the address to which they belong.  Also, all containers must be returned to the rear of the buildings within 24 hours of city pickup.  Failure to comply may result in a fine and/or removal of abandoned containers. The Cameron Village Homeowners' Association requests that all owners and residents send their email addresses to our Property Manager, Anna Claire Murnick.  Her email address is:  annaclairemurnick@yorkproperties.com.  We will use these to communicate more quickly with our members.  Be assured that we will keep all of these email addresses confidential.
